By accessing or using Norlytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. Your continued use of Norlytics after we publish changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Norlytics provides estimated revenue calculations, engagement analytics, creator dashboards, and niche insights for publicly accessible YouTube channels. The service pulls public channel statistics through the official YouTube Data API v3 and combines them with publicly known industry RPM benchmarks. All revenue, RPM, engagement, and opportunity figures are estimates produced by our proprietary models. They are not official data from YouTube, Google, or the channel owners, and they should be treated as directional indicators rather than financial statements.

3. Accuracy and Availability of Estimates

We work continuously to improve the accuracy of our methodology, but we cannot guarantee that any estimate matches a channel's actual earnings. Actual figures depend on factors we cannot observe, including advertiser demand, seasonal variation, private YouTube Studio metrics, ad formats, and direct deals. Public data may also be delayed, rounded, or hidden by channel owners. The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Norcanto does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Revenue estimates may differ significantly from actual channel earnings, and you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norcanto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use this service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Norlytics to: (a) conduct automated bulk analysis, scraping, or high-volume requests that exceed reasonable personal use; (b) redistribute, resell, or republish our estimates or methodology without written permission; (c) interfere with or abuse the service's rate-limiting systems; (d) use the service to misrepresent a channel's earnings to third parties; or (e) engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing. We may suspend access for accounts or IPs that abuse the service.

7. YouTube API Services

This service uses YouTube API Services. By using Norlytics, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Norlytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You acknowledge that channel data belongs to its respective owners and to YouTube, and our estimates are independent commentary based on public information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Norlytics, including text, tooling, methodology explanations, and the Norlytics name and logo, is the property of Norcanto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of our content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Norcanto is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
