What the Creator Dashboard Measures
The Creator Dashboard is designed for public YouTube channel audits. It reviews recent public uploads and organizes the signals creators usually check by hand: upload cadence, view distribution, top videos, engagement signals, growth velocity, and content patterns.
Use it when you want to understand whether a channel is improving, stalling, relying on one breakout video, or building repeatable demand. It is useful for creators reviewing their own public footprint, agencies comparing channels, and brands shortlisting sponsorship partners.
Practical workflow
- Paste a public channel URL or handle.
- Review recent median views before total subscribers.
- Check upload consistency and top-video patterns.
- Use the Ideas tab as a brainstorming layer, not as invented analytics.
- Open the strongest public videos and verify the pattern manually.
What this tool cannot see
Norlytics cannot access private YouTube Studio metrics such as retention, impressions, click-through rate, traffic sources, watch time by country, returning viewers, or actual AdSense revenue. The dashboard is built from public data and clearly marked assumptions.
Methodology note
The dashboard uses up to 50 recent public uploads when available. Public metrics can be delayed, hidden, rounded, or unavailable depending on YouTube and creator settings. AI-generated ideas are interpretations of the measured public signals, not private analytics.
